CBS Radio Names New CFO
CBS Radio has appointed Matthew Siegel as its Chief Financial Officer. Siegel will direct and oversee all financial functions of the business, including treasury, investor relations, financial planning, corporate accounting and risk management. Siegel will be based at CBS Radio’s New York headquarters and report to President, Andre Fernandez, who commented, “As we prepare to separate from our parent company — one of the most exciting and impactful events in CBS Radio’s history — it’s more important than ever that we remain competitive and consistently deliver value to our key stakeholders. Matt’s broad financial experience serving top media organizations will help position us for continued success.”
Siegel has over 25 years of financial experience working for major corporations. He most recently served as the co-CFO & Treasurer of Time Warner Cable through its merger period with Charter Communications. Prior to that, he was the SVP/Treasurer of TWC just prior to TWC’s separation from Time Warner. Before his stint with TWC, Siegel worked at Time Warner Inc. as VP & Asst. Treasurer.
