CMG Taps Greenberg As EVP/General Counsel

• Cox Media Group has named Eric Dodson Greenberg as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, effective August 16. Greenberg joins CMG from the law firm Perkins Coie, LLP, where he is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Technology Transactions Practice Groups. In his new role at CMG, Greenberg will be in charge of all legal responsibilities for CMG’s business and operations, as well as corporate governance, transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Greenberg will report to Dan York, CMG President & CEO, who said, “Eric brings from his years of practice a comprehensive knowledge of the complexities and myriad legal issues facing the media industry. His leadership experience at the intersection of law and policy makes him the ideal leader of CMG’s legal team. Eric will add immeasurable value to our business innovation and growth strategy.”
