Co-GMs At Monticello Media
• Monticello Media in Charlottesville, VA recently announced twin promotions: Director of Sales Mike Chiumento (left) adds VP/co-GM duties to his existing responsibilities, while OM Vinnie Kice (right) is equally upgraded to OM/VP/co-GM. The promotions follow the recent exit of GM Steve Gaines.
Commenting on their awesome executive enhancements, Kice told RAMP, “Mike and I have always worked together so well as a team (even if he is a Red Sox fan and I’m a Yankees fan). We’re both looking forward to keeping Monticello Media Radio on top!”
Kice has been with Monticello Media since 2007, when the stations were purchased from Clear Channel. Monticello’s Charlottesville group includes Country WCYK; Top 40 WHTE (Hot 107.9); News-Talk combo WCHV-AM/FM (C-Ville 107.5 & 1260); Classic Hits WZGN (Generations 102.3) and Contemporary Christian WKAV-AM (94.1 The Oasis).
