Connoisseur Spins Off Billings

• Connoisseur Media and Desert Mountain Broadcasting have signed an Asset Purchase Agreement whereby Desert Mountain will acquire Connoisseur’s six-station radio group in Billings, MT — Hot AC KPLN (Planet 106.1), Classic Hits KWMY (My 105.9), Active Rock KRZN (The Zone 96.3), Country KRKX (94-1 K-SKY), News-Talk KYYA-AM and ESPN affiliate KBLG 910 AM.

With this first acquisition, Desert Mountain Broadcasting launches today on a solid foundation, built upon the values and best practices embedded in me by Jeff, Mike and COO David Bevins.”
