iHeart All In On Downtown Vegas

• iHeartMedia Las Vegas announced plans to move its regional HQ to downtown Las Vegas. The company has inked a 15-year lease on its new location — 425 Fremont Street, Suite 220 — the large white building on the right — which they are scheduled to occupy in August 2019. This new location is part of iHeartMedia’s new partnership with Fremont Street Experience, a six-block entertainment district in historic downtown Las Vegas. Their joint mission is to help revitalize and assist in the growth of downtown Las Vegas. For the past few months, iHeartMedia has designed a brand-new state-of-the-art facility to house AC KSNE (Sunny 106.5), Mainstream Rock KYMT (93.1 The Mountain), Country KWNR (95.5 The Bull) and Urban Real 103.9 (KYMT-HD2).

“I am beyond excited to welcome iHeartMedia to downtown Las Vegas,” said Carolyn G. Goodman, Mayor of Las Vegas. “Combining the world-renowned brands of the Fremont Street Experience and iHeartMedia can only add to the growing energy that makes downtown Las Vegas a must visit location for visitors and residents alike.”

No less excited about the big move is Glynn Alan, Region President for iHeartMedia Las Vegas, who said, “We’re excited to move our iHeartMedia Las Vegas team to our new headquarters in downtown Las Vegas. We’ve specifically designed this new location to invoke collaboration and raise awareness within the downtown area of Las Vegas while embodying the iHeartMedia brand.”

iHeartMedia’s partnership with Fremont Street Experience will also include co-promotions of downtown concerts and events, with additional opportunities to co-produce and create new events and concerts to drive awareness and visitation to the area. iHeart’s in-studio guests and artists can also perform on one of Fremont Street Experience’s three stages in downtown Las Vegas.
