• In an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of iHeartMedia, Inc., approved the terms and conditions governing the 2018 Key Employee Incentive Plan (KEIP) and quarterly bonus opportunities for the second, third and fourth quarters of 2018 for certain key employees of iHeartMedia.
Under the terms of the 2018 KEIP, each participant is eligible to earn a performance bonus in cash at the end of each of the second, third and fourth quarters of 2018, depending upon the extent to which certain performance goals have been achieved for each such quarter. Here now are the approved Quarterly bonuses for your perusal:
Robert W. Pittman (left), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will be eligible to earn a target Quarterly Bonus for each of the second, third and fourth quarters of 2018 of $2,325,000.
Richard J. Bressler (center), President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will be eligible to earn a target Quarterly Bonus for each of the second, third and fourth quarters of 2018 of $1,325,000.
Robert H. Walls, Jr. (right), Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, will be eligible to earn a target Quarterly Bonus for each of the second, third and fourth quarters of 2018 of $225,000.”
