NAB Board Adds Warshaw, Rodriguez & Schnaars

• Jeff Warshaw, Veronica Rodriguez and Matt Schnaars have been appointed to the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Board of Directors to fill recently vacated seats.

Warshaw (left), Founder & CEO of Connoisseur Media, joins the radio board, representing District 24, replacing Bob Proffitt.

Rodriguez (center), EVP, co-General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for TelevisaUnivision, Inc., and Schnaars (right), President of Platform Distribution and Partnerships for NBCUniversal, join the television board.

Rodriguez fills the seat previously held by Pilar Ramos (TelevisaUnivision) and Schnaars replaces Phil Tahtakran (NBCUniversal). The appointments, made in accordance with NAB bylaws, are effective immediately.
