Otto Padron Joins Board Of Village For Vets
“Recognizing the selflessness of our veterans should not be limited to a single day each year — it must be a year-round commitment,” said Padron, who served for 38 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Colonel. He served in elite units such as the 75th Ranger Regiment and the 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne), with combat experience in Operation Desert Storm and two tours in Iraq. “As a proud veteran, I am deeply committed to ensuring that our brothers and sisters in arms receive the care, respect, and support they have rightfully earned. We cannot afford to fall short in serving those who sacrificed for our freedom. Our actions today reflect the promise we make to those who will follow in our footsteps.”
Padron added, “It’s an honor to join the Village for Vets Board and work alongside Marcie and the extraordinary team to make a lasting impact on the lives of our veterans.”
