Skyview Pauses Nick Cannon Syndication
• UPDATED: Nick Cannon’s bad week continues — on the heels of ViacomCBS terminating their two-decade business relationship with Cannon after it the revelation of anti-Semitic comments made during the June 30 episode of his podcast, Cannon’s Class, Skyview Networks, which syndicates Nick Cannon Radio, announced it was ceasing production of the show with Cannon as host for an undetermined period. Skyview tells RAMP it’s currently working with network affiliates to select an interim host, who would begin production in time for next Monday’s show.
In a statement, Skyview said, “Nick Cannon has begun a period of self-reflection to address the pain he caused, and while we recognize his apology, this time is needed to establish an action plan towards real change and advocacy. During this period, production of the Nick Cannon Radio show will cease. Skyview Networks values all communities and faiths and we expect all programs and personalities we syndicate to adhere to these principles.”

Skyview Networks began syndication of the Nick Cannon Radio show in January of this year. Nick Cannon is the Executive Producer of Nick Cannon Radio in collaboration with Ncredible Productions and Meruelo Media, owner of KWPR (Power 106)/Los Angeles, where Cannon continues to do mornings.
Late last night, after Cannon posted a lengthy apology, Fox Television announced it would retain Cannon as the host and Executive Producer of The Masked Singer.
