SXM Taps Baer As EVP/General Counsel

• Sirius XM Holdings Inc. announced the appointment of Richard N. Baer as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective March 3. Baer succeeds the retiring Patrick Donnelly.

Baer is an accomplished attorney and business advisor with over 40 years of experience, most recently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Airbnb, Inc. Baer earlier held the title of Chief Legal Officer at Liberty Media, UnitedHealth Group and Qwest Communications. He also served as Chairman of the litigation department of a prominent Denver law firm.
