Townsquare Makes Hard Choices

At the same time over 30 Townsquare executives have volunteered to take a temporary pay reduction (rumored to be around 10%) and more are volunteering to do so. The company has also suspended its 401k matching funds, effective April 1.
• Among the missing at Townsquare — Steve Ardolina, Regional Operations Manager for Townsquare Media New Jersey and longtime Brand Manager/Director of Programming for the company’s Monmouth-Ocean, NJ group — AC WOBM, Hot AC WJLK (94.3 The Point), Classic Rock WCHR (105.7 The Hawk), and Oldies WOBM-AM/WADB-AM/W228EH (Beach Radio).
