Triton Digital Acquires Omny Studio

• Triton Digital has acquired the technology, assets, and team of the Melbourne, Australia-based podcasting leader Omny Studio, which it has been integrated with and re-selling since 2017. Omny Studio’s services are used by many major radio groups and podcast networks, including Cumulus Media, Entercom, Mediacorp, Southern Cross Austereo, Corus Entertainment, Mashable, Arabian Radio Network, Mamamia, and more.

Concurrent with this acquisition, the entire Omny Studio team, including co-founders Andrew Armstrong and Long Zheng and CEO Sharon Taylor, have joined Triton Digital.
