Walker Named VP/MM, Cumulus Tri-Cities
• Cumulus Media has appointed Tricia Walker as Vice President/Market Manager for the company’s four-station group in Tri-Cities (Johnson City-Kingsport-Bristol) TN, effective Oct. 1.
Ms. Walker earns the promotion and transfer from Cumulus Beaumont, TX/Lake Charles, LA, where she has served as Director of Sales since March 2021. Prior to joining Cumulus, Walker worked for Alpha Media North Dallas, rising to Sales Manager in 2016. Walker earlier did sales for KETK-TV/Tyler, TX, and she started her media career as an Account Executive for Clear Channel Radio in Tyler and El Paso, TX.
In making the announcement of Walker’s big move, Mark Sullivan, Cumulus SVP of Operations, said, “I’m extremely pleased with Tricia’s well-earned promotion. I look forward to many successes together with the team in the Tri-Cities.”
