Des Moines Wakes Up With Heather & Wickett

• Saga Active Rock KAZR (Lazer 103.3)/Des Moines, IA has filled its morning co-pilot vacancy with the addition of Mike Wickett, who will slap on the cans and plug in across from current morning host Heather Lee to form… wait for it… Heather & Wickett, starting Monday, April 26. Wickett replaces Sean “Fish” Fisher, who left in February.

The good news is, Wickett already has a key to the building — he spent the past few several months hosting Wickett’s World Fridays at 4pm across the hall on Sports-Talk sister KRNT-AM (ESPN 1350), and he’s made regular guest appearances on Lazer 103.3. His previous stops include Kansas City, Milwaukee and scenic Ann Arbor, MI.
