Let Us Gather At The Gathering
CO5, MX2 Media and Black Dog Music Marketing proudly announce the return of The Gathering Along the Whiskey Trail in Louisville, KY, happening June 14-16. The Gathering is the ultimate platform for new and developing Alternative bands to perform in front of the best and brightest minds in the music business. Major market Alternative programmers, integral music supervisors and key bloggers will gather once again at the legendary Brown Hotel for three days of Alternative music, networking and idea sharing. RAMP‘s own Steve Resnik attended the inaugural Gathering last year and had a wonderful time. You may even see him again this year.
Louisville was chosen because of its unique lifestyle and abundance of high quality brands, including The Kentucky Derby, Louisville Slugger and a ton of famous whiskey distillers, plus it’s also the home of the greatest boxer in history, Muhammad Ali.
Like last year, The Gathering will officially kick off on Wednesday evening, June 14 with the sound of the bugle at its opening night event at Churchill Downs, home of The Kentucky Derby. The action continues for the next two days with industry networking events and artist showcases at local distilleries and the big closing night event at The Mercury Ballroom featuring Future Islands.
