iHeart W. Palm Launches ‘Throwback 93.3’
• iHeartMedia West Palm Beach broke up some of your quarantine monotony by launching Throwback 93.3 FM, the new home of the best old school Hip Hop and R&B from the ’80s, ’90s and 2000s. The new format is powered by translator W227CX, and displaces three-year-old Country outlet Wave 93.3.
The new station debuted on Wednesday, and is currently powering through 10,000 songs in a row from Usher ,50 Cent, Kanye West, Mary J. Blige, Jay-Z, Mariah Carey, Eminem, 2Pac, etc. The weekday on-air line-up for Throwback 93.3 looks like this — 6am-noon: The Bushman Show; noon-6pm: Roxy Romeo; 6pm-midnight: Lady Ray; midnight-6am: Brian.
