Planet Radio Returns To Jacksonville
• iHeartMedia Jacksonville has revived the “Planet Radio” brand made famous in the market from 2005-2010, flushing Adult Hits on WWJK (107.3 The River) and in its place launching 107.3 Planet Radio, “Jacksonville’s Rock Station,” the new radio home to Jacksonville’s legendary morning show, Lex and Terry.
107.3 Planet Radio is Jacksonville’s only rock station, playing stuff from AC/DC, Nirvana, Metallica, Linkin Park and Sublime, etc. The station is not only bringing back Jacksonville’s biggest morning show ever in Lex & Terry, but also one of Jacksonville’s favorites (and Planet original) Chumley in afternoon drive!

Here is the full weekday on-air line-up for The Planet — Lex and Terry: 6-11am; Allison (who came out of the radio program at the University of Florida): 11am-3pm; Chumley: 3-7pm; Mel Taylor (who also does middays on WJRR/Orlando): 7-midnight.
