Jordan Takes Mornings @ Z107.7/St. Louis

• iHeartMedia Top 40 KSLZ (Z107.7)/St. Louis has created a brand new morning show using a valuable resource already residing in the building… namely, afternoon personality Jordan DeSocio, who will now set his alarm eight hours earlier to anchor the all-new (and wordy) St. Louis’ Most Hit Music in the Morning with Jordan, weekdays from 5-10am CT, starting today.

“Jordan is one of the best radio talents in the industry,” said his boss A.J., SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia St. Louis. “Moving him to mornings will help write the next chapter in Z107.7 history. During his time in St. Louis, Jordan has had tremendous success with afternoons and we are very excited for him to host a fun, compelling and local morning show for St. Louis.”

Jordan has been in the Gateway City since December 2013, when he was named APD/MD of KSLZ and Rhythmic KBWX (Wild 104.9). Before that he programmed (Clear Channel) Top 40 WXXL (XL106.7)/Orlando. Earlier in his career Jordan spent eight years at Top 40 sister WKFS (Kiss 107)/Cincinnati, rising to PD. “To say that I’m deeply humbled to have the opportunity to lead mornings on Z107.7 would be an incredible understatement,” Jordan said. “To our passionate iHeartMedia St. Louis family, thank you for your trust and belief.
