Free Agent: DJ 33 1/3

• RAMP has confirmed that Thomas Johnson, better known as “DJ 33 1/3,” has resigned as PD of iHeartMedia Urban WMIB (103.5 The Beat) and Classic Hip Hop Throwback 105.5 (WMIB-HD3/W288DD) after a 6 1/2-year Miami run. No replacement has been named.

Thomas, a 14-year iHeartMedia veteran, was named PD of WMIB in April 2015, relocating from Chicago, where he had been part of the programming team at Urban WGCI and WVAZ for more than seven years.

He also hosted the nationally syndicated Friday and Saturday Mixtape.
