• Entercom Rhythmic KQKS (KS107.5)/Denver is preparing for “life after Big Mic,” as the station just posted its afternoon drive opening. As we reported earlier this week, longtime KS107.5 APD/MD/afternoon talent Michael “Big Mic” Buhrman is preparing for his big move to Sacramento to assume the PD post at Rhythmic sibling KSFM.
KS107.5 PD Victor Starr would like to direct your attention to the ad posted on the Entercom Careers Portal (Ref#: 30281) seeking “PM Drive In The Mile High City” — Do you have a magnetic personality and previous ratings success in Rhythmic, Urban or Top 40? KQKS is looking for a personality-driven, dynamic afternoon drive host. If you are amazing at social media (all relevant platforms), a great sense of humor, can take daily prep and make it your own, develop creative and topical ideas, etc. This is NOT an entry-level position. Oh, prior APD and/or MD experience is a plus.
