The new morning co-host will plug in across the console from Andie Summers and replace Frank Lario, who left last week. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience hosting or co-hosting a high profile morning show and a passion for Country music, its artists and lifestyle. The ideal new morning co-host should be a team player with an outgoing personality who is open to coaching, has strong interview skills, understands how social media (web and video) can help grow the show and is comfortable hosting station and client events.
