Candidates should have a minimum of five years of professional radio experience in programming and staff management. You should also possess strong organizational and leadership skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence, along with excellent written, oral and visual communications skills, including photo and video skills, and demonstrated script and copywriting ability. You must also be conversant and extremely active in social media and know your way around digital editing software (ProTools, Adobe Audition or similar), as well as broadcast automation software (AudioVault or similar). Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
