What They Are Looking For: On-air personality with strong show prep, storytelling, and audience connection skills • Passion for live, local radio and community involvement • Comfortable creating social media and digital content • Ability to voice-track or perform additional duties on other formats within the cluster (Country, Classic Rock, Triple A and News/Talk/Sports) • MusicMaster experience helpful.
