• Entercom All-News KRLD (NewsRadio 1080)/Dallas-Ft. Worth is actively seeking what PD/News Director Paul Mann describes as “a superstar news anchor” to co-host the afternoon drive shift. As the post reads, “We are looking for an energetic news anchor to help lead our award-winning news team in afternoon drive. Our next anchor will have an engaging personality and must also be able to handle breaking news coverage with an urgent and credible sound. Candidates should have at least three or more years experience in anchoring or reporting news for broadcast media. You must be computer-literate and have excellent writing skills, as well as demonstrated proficiency in editing and packaging news sound and interviews. This position requires a contemporary sound and excellent on-air delivery. Knowledge of the broadcast area and station demographics is essential; four-year degree in journalism is preferred.
