WRKO Needs Morning Show Producer

Entercom’s legendary heritage talker, WRKO/Boston, is seeking an on-air producer to lead its Boston Dot Com morning show. We are looking for a leader. Someone who can come in each day and put together a compelling four hour show that addresses what’s happening in the world from the conservative viewpoint. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years, medium to major market experience, in an on-air host and/or producer role.

You should be fully engaged in social media, and ideally a political/entertainment junkie. You should have an understanding as to how to relate to a conservative audience, while still appealing to the masses. Experience with coaching and developing talent is a plus. Familiarity with Wide Orbit (or other digital automation systems), Adobe Audition and/or Pro Tools, Photoshop and basic video editing software skills are required.
