Our pal Mark Tindle at Big Deal Music is seeking a coordinator for the company’s Global Music Initiatives department. This individual should be a well organized, sharp thinking, responsible person who will act as support and administrative office coordinator for Big Deal’s Global Music Initiatives department, based in Encino, CA.

Mark is looking for a self-starter who is detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy. You should possess an inherent curiosity in the latest in social media, digital music and social trends. You are highly organized and flexible, and willing to work in a chaotic environment at times. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines. You must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision and maintain staff confidentiality.

Candidates should have a working knowledge of Google drive, email, scheduling, spreadsheets, presentation software and be a quick study with various data platforms. Experience using BuzzAngle, Mediabase, Songspace, Soundcharts, Pandora AMP, Shazam, Next Big Sound, Toneden, MailChimp or Sprout Social a plus… experience in building audience, marketing and advertising in social media to promote music and artist projects would be a BIG plus.
