Black River Ups Roden To Publicity Manager
• Black River Entertainment has formally promoted Ally Roden to Publicity Manager. The announcement of Roden’s elevation came from Black River VP of Communications Dawn Delvo, who said, “Ally’s transition into the communications team and Black River family has been almost as seamless as her growth and readiness for this elevated role. Ally’s ability to anticipate the needs of the team, roster, and media partners, paired with her eagerness to learn and apply new skills with an upbeat demeanor, makes this promotion an obvious next step.”
Roden, who joined the Black River Communications team in July 2023 as Publicity Coordinator, will continue to support Delvo by contributing to the media and public relations strategies for Black River’s executive staff, label, and artist roster, which includes Kelsea Ballerini, Chris Young, MaRynn Taylor, Scotty Hasting, and Pryor Baird.
Roden is a Belmont University graduate who began her professional career as a contract Digital Media Producer and freelance writer for an entertainment publication. She got her first industry break with the CMA in a seasonal position of Communications Assistant for the 50th CMA Fest, which led her to her current position at Black River.
