Come Out & Play: Chargers, Offspring, ALT 98.7
• iHeartMedia Alternative KYSR (ALT 98.7)/Los Angeles announced the welcome return of live music outdoors with Come Out And Play — a free show featuring The Offspring and The Maine, taking place on Sunday, August 8 from noon-3pm, on the grounds of the brand-new SoFi Stadium in beautiful downtown Inglewood. ALT 98.7’s Come Out And Play is part of the Los Angeles Chargers’ FanFest, and will be hosted by ALT 98.7’s The Woody Show and DJ Scotty Fox. Immediately following the show, all fans are invited to stick around and watch the check the Chargers’ open team practice for free.
“After not seeing live shows in over a year, we wanted to create something really special for our listeners.” said Lisa Worden, iHeartMedia VP of Rock & Alternative and PD of ALT 98.7. “This will be the perfect Southern California experience, and it’s all free,” she said. “The Offspring will bring the party and then fans can see the Chargers play after? It’s a no-brainer. As The Offspring say in their new song, ‘Let the Bad Times Roll’ indeed!”

You can also listen to all Chargers’ games live during the upcoming 2021-2022 season on ALT 98.7, starting Saturday, August 14 when the Chargers face that other local home team, the LA Rams, in a pre-season match-up at SoFi Stadium.
