Holmes Earns Warner Records VP Stripes
• Sara Holmes has been elevated to Vice President, Promotion & Artist Services at Warner Records, reporting to Josh Reich, SVP, Top 40 Promotion.
The news was delivered to the staff in an email from Warner Records GM Mike Chester, that reads, “Sara’s journey with Warner Records is a true testament to dedication, talent, and passion. Over the past 14 years, Sara has steadily grown within the company, beginning her career as an assistant at the iconic ‘ski lodge’ in Burbank. She was later promoted to Southwest Regional, based in Austin, TX, before advancing to National Director of Top 40 Promotion — a role that brought her back to Los Angeles. While she has been working remotely in recent years, Sara will now return to Los Angeles to take on her new position at Warner Records’ headquarters.”
The memo continues, “Throughout her career, Sara has played a pivotal role in shaping pop promotion and strategy for some of today’s biggest artists, including Benson Boone, Teddy Swims, Bebe Rexha, David Guetta, Dua Lipa and sombr. Her ability to develop artists and build lasting industry relationships has made her an invaluable asset to the Warner Records Promotion team.”
