Koon Named EVP/Finance, BMLG
• Big Machine Label Group, a HYBE America company, announces the hire of Chris Koon as Executive Vice President of Finance, taking on expanded responsibilities in a role formerly held by Rick Myers.
Koon brings more than 30 years of financial experience across recorded music, distribution, and publishing operations. He previously held significant financial leadership positions at Universal Music Group/Capitol CMG, managing business acquisitions and integrations, enhancing decision support systems and more.
As EVP of Finance, Koon will serve an active role with Big Machine Label Group, while reporting directly to BMLG President Andrew Kautz and HYBE America CFO Eric Holden.
