Meacham Upped To SVPP @ Curb Records
• Curb Records has bestowed SVP of Promotion stripes upon current VP of Promotion RJ Meacham. In his newly enhanced position, Meacham will continue to oversee the promotion efforts for the Curb Records roster, which includes Lee Brice, Dylan Scott, Rodney Atkins, Filmore, Mo Pitney, and Hannah Ellis.
In making the announcement of Meacham’s elevation, Mike Curb, Chairman of Curb Records, said, “RJ has done a phenomenal job as Vice President of Country Promotion and we are very excited that he has chosen to continue with our company as Senior Vice President of Country Promotion. Over the years, RJ has done an excellent job motivating our great promotion team.”
Meacham began his record industry career at Monument/Sony before moving to Curb/Asylum and then Sony’s BNA and Columbia Records before re-joining Curb Records in 2016 as Sr. Director, Country Promotion. He was elevated to VP of Promotion in 2018.
