Mercury Adds Weingart As VP/Marketing/Digital

• Mercury Records has appointed Jackson Weingart as Vice President, Marketing & Digital Strategy, as announced by Mercury Records Chairman & CEO Tyler Arnold and President & COO Ben Adelson.

In his new role, Weingart has already hit the ground running by spearheading the release of 2025 CMA New Male Artist Of The Year nominee Tucker Wetmore‘s gold-certified album, What Not To, which debuted in the Top 15 of the Billboard 200 and earned widespread acclaim. He also works across marketing campaign efforts for Bryant Barnes, Foggieraw, jake minch, Marshmello, and others.

Weingart most recently served as General Manager of Simple Stupid Records — a joint venture with Interscope and Capitol Records. He earlier held digital and marketing roles at Alamo Records and 300 Entertainment.

Mercury Records EVP Alex Coslov commented, “Jackson Weingart has quickly developed an incredible track record for not only breaking artists but being on the cutting edge of developing new tactics, strategies and ideas to navigate the intersections of music and tech to further his artists’ careers. His independent background and innovative spirit make him the perfect fit for Mercury Records.”

Weingart remarked, “I’m truly honored to be joining such an incredible group of artists and executives at Mercury. I’ve admired the work this team has been doing for quite some time, so to be invited in to work alongside them means a lot to me. A huge thank you to Tyler, Ben, and Alex. I’m grateful for the opportunity and excited for what’s ahead.” [Photo Credit: Hellen Elizondo]
