• Garth Brooks‘ Pearl Records Inc. has added Chris Waters to its growing team as Director, Regional Promotion. Waters (left), most recently with Show Dog Nashville, previously worked for Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and four years as Promotion Director at Cumulus Media’s WSM/Nashville. “Chris is the perfect addition to the Pearl family!” said Mandy McCormack, SVP Radio Promotion & Marketing and Artist Strategy. “I can’t wait to see his passion and excitement in action!” Pearl GM Lesly Simon added, “Chris is a seasoned promotion executive whose creativity, work ethic and relationships make him the perfect fit for our team. • Waters succeeds Nathan Cruise, who is making his triumphant return to in2une Music Nashville to handle the Southeast and Midwest regions. Cruise (left) previously worked for in2une until September 2016 when he joined Pearl.
