Neiter Named VP/Promo At Arista Records
• Arista Records makes it official with the formal announcement of promo pro Mark Neiter joining the label as VP of Promotion.
In his new role, Neiter will be involved in all areas of promotion across multiple formats and oversee Arista’s promotion staff across the U.S.
Neiter will remain based in Los Angeles and report to Arista SVP of Promotion Nick Petropoulos, who remarked, “Mark immediately made his presence felt upon joining Arista. His expertise and relationships across all formats have already helped elevate our team and contributed to the growth of our artists at radio.”
Neiter notably spent nearly 25 years with Interscope Records, rising to VP of Top 40 Promotion before departing last January due to restructuring. His earlier career stops include Reprise Records and American Recordings. Neiter can now be reached at mark.neiter@aristarecordings.com.
