Promotion Elevation For WMN’s Flick & Elliott

• We recently reported that Warner Music Nashville’s Radio Department had restructured from three to two dedicated radio teams: Team WMN and Team WAR. In the wake of that change, RAMP has confirmed that Andy Flick has been elevated from from National Director Radio to Sr. Director of Syndication & Market Strategy, reporting directly to Tom Martens, VP of Radio.

Flick joined Warner Music Nashville in April 2021 after a two-decade run with Sony Music and was promoted to National Director, Radio for Team WMN in early 2024.

It was concurrently announced that Paige Elliott will succeed Flick as National Director of Radio for Team WMN. She will continue to report to VP of Radio Anna Cage. Elliott joined WMN in May as National Director for the now former WEA Radio Promotion Team.
