Rhone & LaPolt Ready To Rock Midem
• Midem, the home of the global music community, announced the powerhouse pairing of Epic Records Chair & CEO Sylvia Rhone and high-powered music industry attorney Dina LaPolt at the 53rd annual industry conference, happening June 4-7 in Cannes, France. On Wednesday, June 5, in her first-ever keynote address, Ms. Rhone (left) will share insights from her illustrious career with Ms. LaPolt (right), Owner of LaPolt Law, P.C., who was named one of Billboard’s “Executives of the Year” in 2018 in recognition of her contribution to the passage of the Music Modernization Act. Ms. Rhone will also receive the Midem 2019 Hall of Fame Award in association with Billboard on Thursday, June 6.
