Steve Pleshe: Free Agent

• RAMP has confirmed that Steve Pleshe has exited his position as Director of Regional Promotion for Monument Records after a three-year run. Pleshe (left) joined Monument in May 2020, coming off his second stint as PD of Cumulus Country KSKS (93.7 Kiss FM)/Fresno.

Born in Orange, CA, Pleshe moved to Fresno in 1985 to attend Fresno State University — and never left. He began his radio career as a part-timer at Kiss Country in the early ’90s and worked his way up to PD in the summer of 2004. Five years later, Pleshe transitioned over to the label side, working at RCA, Streamsound and more recently, Director of West Coast Promotion at Black River Entertainment. In May 2017 Pleshe returned to KSKS as Program Director, succeeding the late Darrin Arriens, who had moved to Charlotte.
