Bailey Show Gets Wake-Up Call

• After less than five months in afternoon drive on Audacy Active Rock KRXQ (98 Rock)/Sacramento, The Bailey Show (a.k.a. The BS), anchored by Jason Bailey, co-host NickyD and Executive Producer Josh Nelson, has gotten the big green light to move up to mornings, starting bright and early Tuesday, July 25.

“Since being added to our weekday lineup in March, The Bailey Show has become an essential part of our station’s programming and has served as an entertaining afternoon routine for our listeners,” said Stacey Kauffman, Regional President, Audacy Sacramento. “We’re so excited to transition Jason, NickyD and Nelson to mornings and kick off our weekdays with a fresh and dynamic show.”

Jason Bailey is a 28-year radio pro who is probably best known as the former co-host of the Bailey & Southside morning show on former Cumulus Active Rock WNNX (Rock 100.5)/Atlanta until Oct. 2021. He’s also worked in Orlando, Tampa and at SiriusXM and hosts The Bailey Show Podcast.

NickyD got her start as an intern for Bailey at WNNX and was later promoted to Asst. Producer. In February 2022, she launched her own podcast on The BS Network, Not Your Typical Tea, before joining The Bailey Show Podcast. Nelson has more than 16 years of experience in multiple formats, the last ten years in Country.
