Casey Atkins Joins SummitMedia Richmond

• SummitMedia LLC announces the addition of Casey Atkins to the company’s Richmond, VA team as Promotions Manager and midday talent on Country WKHK (K95.3).

Atkins was most recently Operations Manager for Allegany Communications in Cumberland, MD. His prior stops include APD/afternoons at Beasley Country WKML/Fayetteville, WVRC Media/Morgantown, WV, where he did afternoons on heritage Country WKKW/Morgantown, WV, and later hosted the nightly Country Roads With KC on the company’s seven Country stations. He started his career doing part-time at WQDR/Raleigh.

“Casey brings an exciting blend of creativity, energy and passion to middays and promotions at K95.3,” said Brand Manager Carletta Blake. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to the team and look forward to the impact he’ll make on the station.”
