Dir. Of Promotions Opening, SummitMedia Richmond

• SummitMedia Group Richmond is seeking a Director of Promotions to oversee all promotional and marketing efforts for Country WKHK (K95), Classic Rock 96.5 WKLR, Classic Hits WJSR (Awesome 100.9), Hot AC WURV (103.7 Your Variety) and ESPN Richmond 106.1 (WURV-HD2).

This person (preferably you), will manage and direct the promotion, contesting and public relations of the Richmond group of stations, including events, contests, marketing approaches, recaps, and proposals to listeners and clients. The Director of Promotions creates a station image that helps attract new listeners and clients across all SummitMedia Richmond brands.

Applicants should have at least five years of radio promotions and on-air experience, along with a working knowledge of PromoSuite, PromoSuite Next or vPromotion, Adobe, Microsoft Office, social media and a strong understanding of multiple radio formats. Must be highly detail-oriented, and a strong analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving, organizational and communications skills.
