Executive Action: TuneCore
• Leading independent digital music distributor TuneCore has promoted Melanie Seddon to Vice President of Brand Marketing.
Seddon will now oversee all brand marketing efforts on behalf of TuneCore. Since joining the company in 2020 as Director of Influencer Marketing, Seddon quickly transitioned to Brand Marketing and built out her team to include social media and events. Since joining the company she has grown social media by over 250,000 followers and launched 13 international social media channels. With her promotion to VP, Seddon will also oversee TuneCore’s brand partnerships.
Seddon’s elevation was announced by CEO Andreea Gleeson, who said, “Melanie is a valued member of TuneCore’s leadership team whose contributions have been instrumental in reinforcing TuneCore’s status as the premier artist-first platform for music distribution. Her innovation and creativity when developing marketing initiatives cannot be overstated.
