Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Rover!
• RoverFest, the annual festival brought to you by the syndicated Rover’s Morning Glory, drew more than 20,000 excited fans to downtown Cleveland on Saturday.
Dubbed RoverFest X in recognition of the event’s tenth year, the show featured performances by Shinedown, Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Jon, Big Boi from OutKast, All That Remains and Red Sun Rising. Comedian Bert Kreischer served as host, along with the cast from Rover’s Morning Glory.
“It’s incredible that RoverFest just keeps getting bigger and better after ten years,” said Rover, who is based at iHeartMedia’s WMMS/Cleveland. “I met fans who travelled from St. Louis, Memphis, Los Angeles and elsewhere just to party with us — it was great!”
• Oh… and another thing… there was another awesome highlight to the RoverFest weekend festivities — Rover got married!
You heard right — the night before the big concert, at a special pre-party at Rover’s home, guests were pleasantly surprised when Rover and his girlfriend Brittany (center) tied the knot, followed by a surprise performance by Lil Jon!
