Cats Wearing Headphones, Mass Hysteria…
• Bay Area radio fave Dred Scott, known and loved for his many fine years of service at KFOG, KITS (Live 105) & KIOI (Star 101.3)/San Francisco, along with SoCal stops at 91X/San Diego and the late KSWD (100.3 The Sound)/Los Angeles, graciously shared with us some creative Photoshop “show prep” he produced ahead of his upcoming debut in mornings on California Radio Partners’ KOZT (95.3/95.9 The Coast)/Mendocino County. The station’s format, as described on The Coast website, reads like this, “The Coast FM is a forerunner in the Adult Rock format, which blends Classic Rock, Folk and Blues and the best new artists compatible with Adult Rock sensibilities.”
As Scott relates to RAMP, “As it happens, my totally awesome cat is named ‘Endo‘ (cosmic coincidence), so here he is pictured with The Coast’s mascot, ‘Teeth Richards.'”
