Jess C Joins JV Show On WiLD 94.9/SF

• iHeartMedia’s KYLD (WiLD 94.9)/San Francisco just took a large step forward in the evolution of The JV Show as the station continues to recover from the tragic March loss of morning host Jeffrey “JV” Vandergrift— PD Mark Adams today announced that company veteran Jess C will be joining The JV Show as its new co-host and Producer, alongside existing co-hosts Graham and Selena.

In a staff memo introducing Jess, Adams said, “Jess is joining us from KDON/Monterey, where she’s been doing middays on-air and has also been the Promotions Director. She’s additionally been heard each week on several national Custom and Format Center stations, including both WJMN/Boston and KZEP/San Antonio. Jess was born in Mexico and raised in Salinas, she’s fluently bi-lingual, and is well familiar with the Bay Area. She loves concerts, fashion, playing tennis, reality shows, and both cats and dogs.”

Adams added, “She’s passionate, thorough, and thoughtful, and possesses a strong social media acumen, which will benefit both the morning show and station.
