K-LOVE Wakes Up In Nashville
• The Skip & Amy Show, the morning show that leads off EMF’s K-LOVE broadcast day, will be relocating from its current home base in Indianapolis to the K-LOVE studio in Franklin, TN by mid-May, just in time for 7th annual K-LOVE Fan Awards, one of the most popular events in contemporary Christian music.
EMF CEO Bill Reeves iscertainly familiar with the area, having recently moved from Franklin to Rocklin, CA, where K-LOVE is headquartered. He said, “Having personally been a part of the Franklin Christian music and media community for almost 25 years, I believe having K-LOVE’s morning show in the heart of it all will further deepen the network’s relationships with the industry and artists, and ultimately serve our listeners and supporters even better.”
Skip & Amy plan to be unpacked and set up in their new Nashville-area radio home by Monday, May 18 — the week preceding the 2020 K-LOVE Fan Awards weekend, which annually draws thousands of listeners to Nashville. Franklin Mayor Ken Moore said, “I congratulate K-LOVE on their morning show move to Franklin. Our community loves music and loves positive messages, and will embrace The Skip & Amy Show warmly and with enthusiasm.”
