McGee’s book reveals common traits of the biggest media winners and losers while offering powerful takeaways for ANY brand planning to thrive in the ever-changing digital world order. “We live in a time when broadcasters are being attacked in ways not even dreamed about a decade ago,” said McGee. Noting the need for broadcasters to reimagine their brand portfolios in this era of electronic audience measurement, he added, “Many operators insist on acting penny-wise and PPM-foolish.”
Response to the original book prompted release of the podcast, “Brandwidth On Demand,” co-hosted by second-generation broadcaster and media strategist David Martin. McGee will be signing copies of his book today at 3pm in the NAB Bookstore, located in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
