The Future Arrives @ iHeart Boston

• Over the past few months, iHeartMedia has been designing and developing a brand-new 43,000+ square-foot state-of-the-art facility for its Boston-area headquarters at 1 Cabot Road, Medford, MA.

The innovative space, designed by Michael Beneville, now houses all eight iHeartMedia Boston stations — Top 40WXKS (Kiss 108), Rhythmic WJMN (Jam’n 94.5), Country WBWL (101.7 The Bull), News-TalkWRKO-AM, Urban AC WKAF-FM (The New 97.7), Classic Rock WZLX, News-Talk WBZ-AM (NewsRadio 1030), EDM Evolution 101.7 (WBWL-HD2), Spanish Hits WKOX-AM (Rumba 1430) and Conservative Talk WXKS-AM (Talk 1200).

According to the colorful brochure, this new space “is designed to invoke collaboration and to embody the iHeartMedia brand. In addition to cutting-edge design elements, the studios will feature digitally advanced technology and resources for talent and programmers that will help them connect even faster and easier with listeners delivering even more great content to the Boston community.”
