WBLI Has Ali Cat Reflexes

• Cox Media Group Top 40 WBLI (106.1 BLI)/Long Island announced several major updates to its weekday on-air lineup, spotlighting the continued growth and success of two standout personalities: Ally Ali and Cat.

Effective immediately, Ally Ali (left) transitions from afternoon drive to middays, while retaining her existing role as co-host of The Syke Morning Show with Ally Ali. It was concurrently announced that Cat (right) will move up from 7-10pm to afternoon drive. Tory Onorato, who has been dividing her time between middays and production on 106.1 BLI since August 2024, will return full-time to the production department.

“These moves reflect our commitment to developing strong, local talent and delivering the best possible experience to our listeners,” said Chris Lloyd, Director of Operations, Branding and Programming. “Ally Ali and Cat have both proven they can connect, entertain, and deliver, and we’re thrilled to see them shine in these new roles.”

With these adjustments finalized, BLI’s 7-10pm evening shift is now open. Stay tuned for details.
