Weaver Joins iHeart Wilmington/Salisbury

• iHeartMedia has appointed Nate Weaver as Promotions Director for the neighboring Wilmington, DE and Salisbury, MD markets, which encompasses 11 radio stations.

Weaver, who will also be on-air in his not-so-spare time, will report to Josh Wolff, VP of Programming for iHeartMedia Allentown, Lancaster, Salisbury and Wilmington, who remarked, “We are so excited to have Nate join our team. From the first time we spoke, we knew he was the perfect fit. Nate’s impressive background will only serve to improve our portfolio of already strong brands.”

Weaver is a Temple University graduation who was most recently the Morning Show Producer at Audacy AC WBEB/Philadelphia. He previously served as a promotion assistant for iHeartMedia Harrisburg, PA and interned for Beasley Classic Rock WMGK/Philadelphia. “I’m super excited to join iHeartMedia Salisbury and Wilmington’s amazing and hard-working teams,” said Weaver. “Not only am I looking forward to growing brand engagement amongst our portfolio of market-leading stations, but now that I’m in Delaware, I get to really indulge in tax-free shopping — this is great!”
