BJ & Migs Extended For Your Pleasure

• The powers-that-be at Entercom have seen fit to extended the company’s mutually beneficial relationship with BJ Shea and Steve Migs, the longtime hosts of the BJ & Migs morning show on Mainstream Rock 99.9 KISW/Seattle, enjoyed weekdays from 5-10am PT.

Moments after the necessary paperwork was signed and notarized, Jack Hutchison, SVP/Market Manager, Entercom Seattle remarked, “2019 will mark the 13th year BJ & Migs have been with us on ‘The Rock,’ and we are thrilled to continue this partnership. They have developed an unprecedented rapport with our listeners and we look forward to what is to come.”

Shea (left) and Migs (right) originally joined forces at KISW in 2006. Before that, Shea did middays over on the former 100.7 The Buzz (now Country sister 100.7 The Wolf), while Migs served as Executive Producer and co-host on The Andy Savage Show on Alternative sister KNDD (107.7 The End) and on KRQI (now KJAQ).

“This was a very easy decision,” said Shea. “Steve Migs and the rest of our show are the best team of folks that I’ve ever worked with. [SVP of Programming & Ops] Dave Richards and Jack Hutchison combine for a leadership duo unmatched in my career. Add to that an amazing group of colleagues in all departments of Entercom Seattle and it’s clear that this is where I belong.” Migs added, “I’m thankful to continue to create and entertain alongside BJ and the entire BJ & Migs crew.
